1. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning quality?
Your satisfaction matters to us. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to take care of it. We stand behind our work and aim to resolve any issues quickly and professionally.
2. What if something gets damaged during cleaning?
We work carefully and use material-safe cleaning methods to reduce the risk of damage. If something unexpected happens, please contact us right away so we can review it and agree on the next step.
3. How do you prevent damage during cleaning?
We choose cleaning methods based on the surface, material, and condition of each space. For sensitive finishes, we use gentler products and avoid aggressive techniques.
4. Can I reschedule or cancel a visit?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel a scheduled visit with advance notice. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
5. Do I need to be present during cleaning?
No. You don’t need to be present. Many of our clients provide access instructions, and we clean while they are at work or away. We treat every space with care and respect.
